Partners for Africa Development (PAD) is a non for profit organization created in Minneapolis (MN) in May 2002. Their mission is to promote sustainable and socially inclusive processes which empower rural communities to achieve a dignified quality of life. As well as foster socio-economic development by helping generate conditions for good education, quality health and drinking water for underserved population.
