We perform our consulting faze with all project, big or small. This enables us to find out exactly what our customers want or have in mind. We research our customers business, market, competitors and all possible options and help the customer make the best design and business decisions. We then provide mockup designs for our customers to approve. This approval process proceeds throughout the entire project until launch. We develop and build the final site or application and then our QATs (Quality Assurance Testers) thouroughly test the application to make sure everything works as its supposed to. We allow for the cliet to approve after UAT (User Acceptane Testing) and then we launch the final site. After the completion and launch of the project, we monitor and keep contact and follow-up with the client to ensure satisfaction and performance of the website or application.
Customers deal with a consultant who is knowledgeable of both technical and business issues. The consultant acts as the liaison between the customer and our development team to ensure that the project is completed correctly and in a timely manner.
